How to choose the size of a cafe curtain? Width: Measure the width of the curtain rod on which the cafe curtain will be hung. For tab tops, we recommend ordering a cafe curtain with exactly the same width as the width of the curtain rod. Length: Measure the distance from the curtain rod to the place where the cafe curtain should end. A cafe curtain looks best when it does not cover more than half of the window. Shrinkage: stonewashed linen is a preshrunk fabric. When you pay attention to the laundry instructions added to the curtains, the possible shrinkage is around 3-5%. However, due to the fact that all washing machines are different, we do not recommend ordering cafe curtains made of a natural fabric like 100% linen with 1 cm accuracy.
