Wel Pac Seetang Kombu- Tang 100% für Brühe. Zutaten: 100% Seetang. Zubereitung: (Brühe „Konbu-Dashi“ für 600ml) Den Konbu-Tang (ca. 5×7 cm groß) mit einem Tuch vorsichtig abwichen. Konbu-Tang mit 3.5 Tassen Wasser in einen Topf geben und 6 bis 8 Stunden stehen lassen. Bei niedriger Hitze köcheln lassen, kurz vor dem Kochen den Konbu-Tang herausnehmen. Ca. 2TL (ca. 11.1g) der Brühe pro Person verwenden. Trocken, kühl und lichtgeschützt lagern. Nach dem Öffnen n einem luftdichten Behälter aufbewahren und schnell verbrauchen. Nährwertangaben pro 100g Brennwert 11 kj/3 kcal Fett 0,5g davon gesättigte Fettsäuren 0,1g Kohlenhydrate 0,6g davon Zucker 0,6g Eiweiss 0,5g Salz 0,22g
