While the leaves themselves do not come from a high-mountain garden, careful processing and time have enriched the tea with remarkable depth. In aged oolongs, musty earthiness is considered a flaw, this is prevented by regular re-roasting. Thanks to this careful aging process, the tea retains its original sweet, floral notes while gaining subtle earthy, woody, and gently matured flavors. Slowly aged oolong is complex and wonderfully aromatic, with a balanced interplay of floral, roasted, and lightly earthy tones. Nach dem Gongfucha mehrmals bei 95°C, 90 Sekunden lang aufbrühen. / 12 Aufguss. B) Westliches Aufbrühen: 3-5 Gramm 300-500 ml Wasser. 2-3 Mal 2-3 Minuten lang mit 95°C heißem Wasser aufgießen. / 3 Aufguss.
