Silver: 6.08g, 18mm. The ruins are the Acropolis walls at Pharsalos. Grade: gVF. Pharsalos was a significant city in Ancient Greece, located in southern Thessaly. It played a crucial role in various historical events, most notably as the site of the decisive Battle of Pharsalus in 48 BC, where Julius Caesar defeated Pompey the Great.
