Korean Assi Schwarzbohnen Paste . Zutaten: Soyabohnen, Weizenmehl,,Salz, Samenmaiz, Karamel, WASSER, SOJABOHNENPULVER, GLYCERINESTER VON FETTSÄURE L- GLUTAMAT, POTASSIUMSORBAT, NATRIUMPYROPHOSPHAT, Nährwertangaben pro Portion (100g) Energie 859 kJ / 205 kcal Fett 5g/Gesättigtes Fett 0g Kohlenhydrate 25g/ Zucker 5g Protein 10g Salz 30,5g. Koreanische schwarze Bohnenpaste (Chunjang) wird aus einer salzig fermentierten Sojabohne hergestellt und mit Karamell gefärbt. Es ist ein wesentliches Gewürz, „koreanische Nudeln mit schwarzer Bohnensauce (Jajangmyeon )“ herzustellen.
